Paul Ryan Announces Funding Deal, Asks Caucus for Support

Congressional leaders have negotiated a compromise omnibus funding bill, which could be voted on as soon as Thursday, December 17. Congress is expected to pass another short-term continuing resolution to prevent a government shutdown and allow time for lawmakers to review the long-term proposal.
