Memo to federal workers: Using marijuana could cost you your job

The Office of Personnel Management released a memo this week noting that while many states have legalized marijuana, these changes do not affect federal law, suitability criteria for employment with the federal government, and existing policies prohibiting its use. Managers are advised to remind their employees that marijuana may result in termination.
