Senator: I'll 'Stand in Front of the Bus' to Protect Federal Pay and Benefits

Senator Ben Cardin (D-MD) spoke to federal employees at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) on Thursday, and was steadfast in his commitment to protect federal employee's compensation and earned benefits. Sen. Cardin also addressed concerns about the severe limitations on travel and conference spending, calling them "ridiculous" and "counterproductive."
