PAY GAP REMAINS AT 35 PERCENT - October 20, 2014
Similar to last year's findings

The pay gap between federal employees and their private-sector counterparts remains just over 35 percent, according to the Federal Salary Council. The council released its annual report on Friday, October 17, based off of data available from the Office of Personnel Management and the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
