MASS TRANSIT BENEFIT SCHEDULED TO DROP IN 2014 - November 27, 2013
Requires Congressional action to maintain current level

Unless Congress acts between now and the end of the year, the mass transit tax benefit that currently allows commuters to use up to $245 per month of pre-tax dollars to subsidize mass transit costs will be capped at $130.
