GSA Gives Green Light for Presidential Transition to Biden Administration to Formally Begin - November 24, 2020

Emily Murphy, the head of the General Services Administration, “ascertained” Joe Biden as the winner of the presidential election on Monday, thus formally allowing critical transition activities and funds to be made available to Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris.
