Management Training Seminar, U.S. House of Representatives Delegate Eleanor
Holmes Norton (D-D.C.) will provide a keynote address on Monday, March 4, at

FMA National President
Patricia Niehaus commented, "We are truly pleased to have Ms. Norton
address FMA members on the relationship between federal managers and elected
officials. Ms. Norton is a consistent supporter of the federal workforce,
and it means a lot to hear from her during this stressful time."
