    At this time, the Office of Personnel Management has mailed over 17 million letters to those affected by the data breach that compromised the security clearances of 21.5 million current and former federal employees. If you have not received a letter, but believe your information was compromised, or you received a letter but lost your personal identification number, please call 866-408-4555 or visit www.opm.gov/cybersecurity. The website will be available through December 2018 and all letters should be sent out by mid-December 2015.
