    The key issues the lame duck session of the 113th Congress will focus on are appropriations and passage of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). FMA Director of Government Affairs Greg Stanford spoke with Emily Kopp about the need to end reliance on continuing resolutions and what might be included in this year's NDAA, as well as the one percent pay raise federal employees are on track to receive.
