  As baby boomers pass the torch to millennials in the workplace, there are many strategies to help the younger generation develop the tools they need to lead. Millennials are known to value mentors and learning new things. Given their preferences, three strategies for making millennials into managers are to: deliver mobile-first training; utilize multi-media content; and, provide immediate feedback.
