  The Federal Managers Association and Senior Executives Association sent a joint letter to Veterans Affairs Secretary Bob McDonald asking if he requested that AFGE forward to him a list of problem managers, and if so, what he plans to do with the list. The evidence suggests that managers were targeted for personal reasons rather than actual offenses.
