    As part of its report on "The Reverse Retirement Wave," Federal News Radio spoke with federal employees under the age of 40 how they would like to see the federal government change over the next ten years. Embracing technology and social media, diversity, and the ability to "float" among different agencies were several of the ideas that were raised. This article focuses on six federal employees and their ideas, including Mika Cross, Work/Life policy director at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Mika presented during the training day at FMA's 76th Annual National Convention in 2014.
