    Addressing the members of the Federal Managers Association (FMA) during the 74th annual National Convention and Management Training Seminar, Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Director John Berry supported the federal workforce during this difficult time of budget tightening and reductions of pay and benefits. “You rarely do more with less. You do less with less. So the question is, ‘What can we do without?’ It’s clear today that it’s up to you to make sure your employees have the tools, training and equipment to succeed, and the information needed to do their jobs so that we get the most for every dollar and high-quality service for America,” the Director said.
