  • TSP Officials Say They Might Need to Ask for More Money

    Officials at the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board (FRTIB) stated they may need additional funds, as they have spent $151 million of the FRTIB's $220 million budget allocation for fiscal year 2016. The FRTIB is conducting a review to determine if this will be necessary, and expects to know more by its May meeting. Upgrades to cybersecurity and external audits are causing the strain on FRTIB's budget.
