House Budget Committee Proposes Increasing Pension Contributions, Cutting G Fund Interest Rate

The House Budget Committee has again proposed raising pension contributions for all federal employees, 10 percent attrition, and significant cuts to the rate of return of the Thrift Savings Plan G-Fund in its 2017 budget proposal. FMA is vehemently opposed to these proposals, which would harm the federal workforce and the services provided to all Americans.
