    The House Budget Committee has again proposed raising pension contributions for all federal employees, 10 percent attrition, and significant cuts to the rate of return of the Thrift Savings Plan G-Fund in its 2017 budget proposal. FMA is vehemently opposed to these proposals, which would harm the federal workforce and the services provided to all Americans.
