President’s 2017 budget tackles OPM, governmentwide trouble areas

In addition to calling for a 1.6 percent raise for feds, President Obama's budget request calls for more funds to enhance cybersecurity at the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and proposes changes to the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program (FEHBP).
