Will 2016 be a good year for federal employees?

House Government Operations Subcommittee Chairman Mark Meadows (R-NC) discussed federal employees and his outlook on 2016 in a recent interview. His primary goal is for feds' voices to be heard, and noted the potential for movement on issues such as postal reform and broader action on civil service reform. Subcommittee Ranking Member Gerry Connolly (D-VA) listed a more substantial pay raise for feds and protecting their due process as goals.
