    Representative Mark Meadows (R-NC), who led the House Oversight and Government Reform Subcommittee on Government Operations for the first several months of the 114th Congress, has been removed from his position as Chairman. In his time as Chairman, Rep. Meadows made efforts to improve the relationship between Congress and federal employees.
