  While some races remain too close to call, Republicans will be the majority party in both the House and the Senate in the next session of Congress, which will be sworn in in January 2015. FMA looks forward to working with both sides of the aisle on issues important to managers, supervisors, and executives in the federal government in the 114th Congress.
