  Following legislation calling for a 3.3 percent pay raise for federal employees and the Government Accountability Office examining federal employee morale, Federal Managers Association (FMA) National President Patricia Niehaus spoke with Mike Causey on the problem of the gender gap within federal pay and the need to recognize the work of federal employees. President Niehaus further spoke to the dedication of federal employees across the country and how they daily serve their communities as well as their country.
