  • Survey: Federal Employee Satisfaction Dips, Engagement Steady - December 6, 2022

    Results from the annual survey that measures the views of the federal workforce are out. Overall employee satisfaction dipped slightly from the previous year, while engagement remained steady.

    The Office of Personnel Management’s (OPM) 2022 Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS) found a 2 percentage point drop from the prior year to 62 percent on its Global Satisfaction Index, which measures employee views on “the job, pay, organization, and whether they would recommend their organization as a good place to work.”

    Out of those categories, employees were least satisfied with pay.
