- FMA'S NIEHAUS DISCUSSES THE STRUGGLES OF FEDERAL MANAGERS - November 26, 2013
Federal Managers Association (FMA) National President Patricia Niehaus appeared on Federal News Radio's In Depth with Francis Rose on Tuesday, November 26, bringing attention to the fact that the federal workforce is doing less with less. Due to a lack of congressional funding and limits placed on resources and human capital, managers through out the federal government face problems of morale and productivity. Niehaus expressed personal frustration as she has seen limitations caused by the pay freeze and hiring freezes, as they stifle federal employees' career development.
